    Garages, attics, estates, hoarding situations, rental turnovers. A 20 yard handles most single-family cleanouts. If you are emptying a whole house including furniture, go 30.

    Drywall, cabinets, flooring, tile, tubs, trim. Remodel debris is bulky but light, so you usually need volume rather than weight capacity — a 30 yard is the sweet spot.

    Shingles are deceptively heavy — a single layer on an average house runs 2 to 3 tons. Always order smaller than feels right. We will set the can close to the drop zone.
