We Drop It. You Fill It. We Haul It.

Three steps. That's it.

  1. We drop it

Text us the address, the size and the date. We confirm the price up front, then set the can exactly where you asked — boards down, driveway protected.

  2. You fill it

Load it at your own pace. Keep debris level with the top rail so we can legally tarp it, and keep the prohibited items out.

  3. We haul it

One call and it is gone. If the job runs long, tell us — we work with you instead of charging you for a surprise.

I performed a complete overhaul on a property and ended up filling over 10 (qty) 30 and 40 yd dumpsters in about a week’s time. Not only was FLC cheaper than other companies I called for the container rental, their overage per ton cost was also significantly lower.

We had an issue with another company not delivering our dumpster when promised… Mikey pulled through and was able to get a dumpster delivered next day! Highly recommend.

Asked every week.

What size dumpster do I need?

For most homeowners the 20 yard is the right call — it handles a garage or whole-house cleanout, a single-layer roof tear-off, or a kitchen and bath remodel. Step up to the 30 yard if you are renovating a whole house or running new construction, and the 40 yard if you are doing major demolition or generating debris faster than one crew can clear it. If you are dealing with heavy material like concrete, dirt or shingles, order a smaller can rather than a bigger one — you will hit the weight limit long before you fill a 40 yard. Not sure? Call us at 813-924-4981, describe the job, and we will tell you honestly what you need.

How long can I keep the dumpster?

Fourteen days are included in the price. That is longer than most companies give you, and it is deliberate — a rushed job is how people get hurt and how driveways get damaged. If your project runs past two weeks, call us before the pickup date and we will work with you rather than surprise you with a charge.

What can I not put in a roll off dumpster?

Florida landfills will not accept paint, solvents, oils, fuels or any other liquid; tires; batteries; propane tanks or any pressurized cylinder; appliances that contain Freon such as refrigerators and air conditioners; asbestos; and medical or biohazard waste. Everything else on a normal job site is fair game — construction and demolition debris, brush and yard waste, concrete and masonry, roofing material, household junk, remodeling debris and storm cleanup. If you are unsure about something specific, ask us before it goes in the can. A single prohibited item can get an entire load rejected at the scale, and that cost gets passed along.

Do I need a permit for a dumpster?

If the dumpster sits on your own property — your driveway, your yard, your job site — you generally do not need a permit. You need one when the container has to sit on a public street or in the right-of-way, and that permit comes from the city or county with jurisdiction, not from us. Requirements vary a lot across the area we cover: Plant City, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Bradenton and Sarasota all run their own process, and unincorporated county land is different again. Tell us where the can needs to go when you book and we will tell you whether you are likely to need a permit before we deliver, rather than after you get a notice.

How much space do I need for delivery?

Plan on roughly 22 feet of length for the container itself, plus about 60 feet of clear straight approach so the truck can back in and roll the can off level. You also need about 23 feet of vertical clearance — that is the part people forget. Low power lines, phone lines, tree limbs and carport overhangs are the usual problems. Take a look up before we arrive, and clear any cars out of the way so our driver is not waiting.

Will the dumpster damage my driveway?

A loaded roll off is heavy, and the rails concentrate that weight on two narrow strips. On most concrete driveways it is a non-issue. On pavers, decorative concrete, or fresh asphalt in July heat, there is real risk. We put boards down under the rails as a matter of course, and our drivers are careful about how they set a can down. If your driveway is a concern, tell us when you book and we will talk through placement — sometimes the right answer is putting the can on the grass or at the street instead.

How fast can you deliver?

Often the same day, if you call early. We are based right here in Plant City, so we are not dispatching a truck from Tampa or Orlando to get to you. Next-day is almost always available. During storm cleanup season demand spikes and we book out further, so if you know your dates, calling ahead is worth it.

What does the price include, and what costs extra?

The price covers delivery, pickup and disposal up to the tonnage included with that size — 2 tons on the 20 yard, 3 on the 30, 4 on the 40. Three things add cost: going over that weight, keeping the can past the rental period, and delivery more than 15 miles from Plant City, which adds a $100 delivery fee. We tell you all of it up front — there is no fine print designed to surprise you on the invoice. If you think the load might be heavy, say what you are throwing away and we will give you a straight read before we deliver.

Why does the truck say Summit Dumpsters?

Because that is also us. FLC Roll Off Services LLC does business as Summit Dumpsters, and the fleet is lettered that way. One company, one crew, one phone number — if you booked with FLC Rolloff and a Summit Dumpsters truck pulls into your driveway, nothing has gone wrong. Either name reaches us at 813-924-4981.
