Plant City is home. Our trucks are based here, which means when you call us for a dumpster in Walden Lake or off Alexander Street, you are not waiting on a driver coming out of Tampa or Orlando.

Our home yard

Brandon is dense, built out, and full of 1980s and 90s homes hitting the age where kitchens, baths and roofs all need replacing at once. That is our bread and butter.

About 12 miles from our yard

Valrico sits right between us and Brandon, so it is one of the fastest areas for us to reach — same-day is usually no problem. Lots of larger lots and pool homes out here, which means room to place a 30 or 40 yard without blocking anybody in.

Seffner is close enough to our yard that we can often turn a morning call into an afternoon delivery. It is a mix of older block homes, mobile home properties, and light industrial off Highway 92 and US-301 — so we see everything from single household cleanouts to contractor jobs that need a can swapped twice in a week..

Dover is right next door to Plant City and heavily agricultural — strawberry fields, nurseries, and a lot of properties on acreage. That means long driveways, gravel, and sometimes soft ground.

Riverview has grown fast, and a lot of that growth is new construction plus first-wave renovations on homes built in the 2000s. We run a lot of 30 yards out here for builders and remodelers.

About 18 miles from our yard

We run into Tampa daily. The east side, Ybor, Seminole Heights and Temple Terrace are all comfortable territory for us.

About 24 miles from our yard

Thonotosassa is a short run north from us and very similar to Dover — big lots, well water, and plenty of properties where the nearest neighbor is a field away. Great territory for a 40 yard, because there is almost always somewhere to put it.

About 12 miles from our yard

Most of our Lithia work is in and around FishHawk Ranch. These are newer homes in a managed community, which means two things: HOA rules about how long a dumpster can sit out, and driveways you do not want scratched.

Lakeland is a straight shot east on I-4 and one of our busiest markets outside Plant City. We run everything from single-can driveway drops in South Lakeland to multi-pull jobs on new construction north of Kathleen.

Mulberry sits southeast of us in Polk County phosphate country. Lots of older housing stock, mobile homes, and industrial property.

About 19 miles from our yard

Bartow has a beautiful stock of historic homes, and historic homes generate serious debris when somebody finally takes on the restoration. Plaster, lath, old heart pine, cast iron — it adds up in weight fast.

About 24 miles from our yard

Winter Haven is the eastern edge of where we run. Chain of Lakes properties and a lot of vacation and rental turnover work.

About 28 miles from our yard

Zephyrhills is our northern edge, straight up 39. A lot of 55-plus communities and manufactured home parks up here, which means a steady stream of downsizing cleanouts and park model renovations.
