What can add cost

Going over the weight allowance
Charged per ton over. Heavy material — concrete, dirt, shingles, tile — is what usually causes this. Tell us what you are throwing away and we will warn you before it becomes a bill.
Keeping it past the rental period
Charged per day. Call us before the pickup date and we will work with you.
Prohibited items in the load
Paint, tires, batteries, Freon appliances and chemicals can get a load rejected at the scale. That cost gets passed along, so please keep them out.

Not sure which size you need?

Describe the job and we will tell you honestly — including if a smaller can saves you money.

Pricing questions

The fine print, in plain English.

What size dumpster do I need?

For most homeowners the 20 yard is the right call — it handles a garage or whole-house cleanout, a single-layer roof tear-off, or a kitchen and bath remodel. Step up to the 30 yard if you are renovating a whole house or running new construction, and the 40 yard if you are doing major demolition or generating debris faster than one crew can clear it. If you are dealing with heavy material like concrete, dirt or shingles, order a smaller can rather than a bigger one — you will hit the weight limit long before you fill a 40 yard. Not sure? Call us at 813-924-4981, describe the job, and we will tell you honestly what you need.

How long can I keep the dumpster?

Our standard rental period is included in the flat rate, and if your project runs long, just call us. We would rather work with you on a few extra days than have you rush a job or pay for a second haul. We ask that you let us know before the pickup date so we can keep our schedule straight.

What does the price include, and what costs extra?

The flat rate covers delivery, pickup and disposal up to the included weight allowance for that size. The two things that add cost are going over the weight allowance and keeping the can past the included rental period. We tell you both numbers up front — there is no fine print designed to surprise you on the invoice. If you are worried the load might be heavy, mention what you are throwing away and we will give you a straight read before we deliver.
